• You're a creative, seasoned product designer with proven experience, experimental mindset, passion for customers and designing beautiful products. You are excited about data visualization, have a can-do approach and love working with people to build and deliver amazing products.

• Developing strategies that meet our company’s goals by learning about our products and thinking long-term.
• Build a design culture that encourages innovation while balancing the need for optimization
• Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
• Designing simple, elegant, and simple-to-understand experiences and flows
• Create mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate how platforms work and look
• Identify and resolve UX problems (experience with complex B2B systems is a plus)
• Continually improving and reiterating your designs based on customers feedbacks
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel

• An experienced product designer with 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B platforms
• A leader with strong social skills
• Experienced in collaborating closely with R&D and Product teams
• Comfortable working with opposing viewpoints and a strong advocate of the design point of view
• Able to clearly communicate design decisions with excellent communication skills
• Familiar with establishing design systems
• Experienced with data analysis tools and problem-solving
• Knowledgeable of the product development process, from research to prototyping, and from design to usability tests
• A Figma fan (a plus!)
